It is hard to believe that these beer chilling in ice cakes are completely edible…Except for the labels.

The ice cubes in some of the pictures are Fox’s Glacier Mints or melted sugar molded in a brownie pan. The glass bottles are fondant with a glossy glaze. All the cakes were steamed with a steamer for that shiny look.

Now I want some beer.
