I guess if you trying to be polite, this is one way of serving bacon…but this is not so much bacon. Samgyupsal is a popular Korean dish commonly served as an evening meal, it consists of thick, fatty slices of pork belly meat usually neither marinated nor seasoned (similar to uncured bacon).
