Before you go saying gross, answer this… What would happen if, instead of stuffing a sausage casing with meat (or meat substitute), you stuffed it with cupcake batter?
Well that is exactly what Stef of Cupcake Project did, the finished product also got a few minutes on the grill, yes she threw Cupcakewurst on the grill….then popped it onto a bun with raspberry sauce substituted for ketchup.
Now you can say ewhh, or yum, this really could go either way. Conceptually, sausage and chocolate really shouldn’t mix, or should they?
