With the Olympics well under way, it only seems fitting to pay tribute by making and then eating the torch…sort of.
Vicky baked some lemon cupcakes into a crispy ice cream cone, topped with lemon butter icing and then capped off with red and orange shards of caramelised sugar to resemble the torch.
Maybe we need to call it a conecake?
