The newest perfume line from Zoils Oils, the brainchild of Zorayda Ortiz, a Pilsen-based perfumer — features a scent titled “Tamale.” According to DNAinfo Chicago, the scent is intended to pay tribute to the Lower West Side neighborhood’s culture, history and cuisine.
